WHY WE BUY LOCAL

There are multiple reason we like to buy local. One reason that is important for our kitchen is to make our meals as fresh as possible with our preservatives. Buying from farmers on our island we contribute to the improvement of our public infrastructure and invest in our community, both socially and economically.

That means that by buying local, we help create jobs for our friends and neighbors.
